Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TenderPilot.

Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Company: Bidsstack (South Africa).
- Service: The TenderPilot website, application, and related features.
- Website: https://tenderpilot.co.za
- You: The individual or organization using the Service.
- Device: Any device used to access the Service.
- Terms: These Terms of Service form the agreement between You and the Company.
Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TenderPilot.
Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Service Description
TenderPilot is an AI-powered tool that helps businesses analyze tender documents, extract key requirements, and prepare smarter bids. The Service is provided "as is" - we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection. Users are responsible for reviewing all outputs.
User Content
You retain full ownership of uploaded tender documents and data. We process that content only as necessary to deliver the Service and do not retain data beyond what is needed to operate the platform unless explicitly required.
Plans and Usage
The Service may offer free and paid credit-based plans. Each plan has its own limits, features, and usage terms, clearly communicated at signup or in-app. We reserve the right to adjust features or limits with notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to) unauthorized access, interfering with platform operations, or using it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Third-party Links and Services
TenderPilot may link to or integrate with other services (e.g., Bidsstack, Google). We are not responsible for the terms or behavior of those services. Please review their respective policies before use.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TenderPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of your last 6 months of payments or R2,000 ZAR.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, document analysis accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Dispute Resolution
If there’s a dispute, please contact us first - we will do our best to resolve matters amicably. Otherwise, disputes will be handled through South African courts.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. When updated, the date above will change. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the latest version.
