Please Note: Access to the TenderPilot app is currently limited to existing users while we undergo a major platform reconstruction. New account creation is temporarily paused.

- AI Document Processing: Upload tender documents and let our AI extract key requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria automatically.
- Collaboration: Invite team members to collaborate on tenders in real-time (on supported plans).
- Account-Based Access: Access is tied to the email address used to register your account.
Service Availability
We are currently in the process of a major platform upgrade. During this period, we aim for uninterrupted availability for existing users, but new account sign-ups and some dashboard functions may be temporarily limited.
