You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not remove access for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan.
- You will retain full access to features until the billing period ends.
How to Cancel
Billing management is temporarily unavailable through the dashboard during our app rebuild. To cancel or manage your subscription, please email support@bidsstack.com and we will assist you immediately.
If your subscription was created through Paystack, you may also use your Paystack subscription management link to complete cancellation when required.
