• app.tenderpilot.co.za - tender management application, account management, and subscription settings

All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Service Delivery

• Immediate Access: Once your payment is confirmed via Paystack, your subscription is activated instantly and you can begin using your workspaces.
• Tender Workspaces: Create and manage workspaces for each tender you're working on. Track documents, compliance items, and submission readiness all in one place.
• AI Document Processing: Upload tender documents and let our AI extract key requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria automatically.
• Collaboration: Invite team members to collaborate on tenders in real-time (on supported plans).
• Account-Based Access: Access is tied to the email address used to register your account.

Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted availability of all TenderPilot services. Planned maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur; in such cases, updates will be posted publicly or communicated to users where possible.
