An active workspace is one tender you’re actively preparing right now (Draft / In Progress / Review). When a tender is Submitted/Won/Lost you can archive it - archived tenders don’t count towards your active limit but remain fully reviewable.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your billing settings to match your current tender volume.

If your tender volume increases, you can upgrade to a higher tier plan with more active workspaces directly from your dashboard.
